GP Andrew Cohen develops a product for MICRA, later acquired by BOS/Halifax.
2005:
Andrew Cohen and Eric Baygot create Warp, offering innovative reporting software to independent doctors as a pay-per-click service.
2007:
Warp is deployed by MLR, which is then acquired by PMG.
2008:
PMG adopts Warp over its internal solution, securing a 10% shareholding to strategically invest in and influence Warp’s products. Capita acquires PMG, including its Warp shareholding.

2009:
Parabis Ltd takes an option to buy Warp shares, recognizing its integration with COA & Colossus. Warp grows to 6 employees.
2011:
Warp strengthens its partnership with Capita and Parabis, which results in significant growth. Staff increases to 14.
2012:
Warp becomes a core software provider for major Capita projects, including the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Warp achieves ISO9001 and 27001 certifications, with staff numbers reaching 25.

2013:
Warp’s service offerings for MOD and DWP go live, increasing its product portfolio from 6 to 33. The company relocates to larger offices at Langstone Technology Park, enhancing its capability in CRM Dynamics, Microsoft BizTalk, HTML5, and Expert-24. Offshore outsourcing begins with Softheme in Ukraine. Staff grows to 28.

Warp strengthens its professional services, offering solution architecture, project management, and business analysis.

2016/2017:
Warp delivers a key project for the Ministry of Defence, revolutionising the way Medical Assessments are undertaken.
2018/2019:
Warp strengthens its development house model, driving growth across its service offerings and securing key wins.
2020-2023: Pandemic Response and New Opportunities
2020/2021:
Warp wins new projects with the DWP, including building a web portal and upgrading CRM systems for the PIP program. Lloyds Register engages Warp for strategic replanning, and the company deploys CertSmart. Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, Warp goes fully remote. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, the team expands to 31.
2022/2023:
Warp wins new projects for Red Tractor, Arts Council Wales, and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
2023:
Warp becomes a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating Warp’s commitment to supporting members of the UK Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, veterans, reservists, and their families.

Warp implements a solution for K3 Group, driving substantial revenue gains and returning x10 the platform cost in the first 3 months.

The team deploys the solutions for Arts Council Wales and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

Gareth Mapp is appointed as Managing Director of Warp Technologies, responsible for diversifying Warp’s client portfolio, deepening Warp’s relationship with Microsoft and channel partners, and making strategic hires to drive the business’s continued growth.
