3. The 2-Day Sprint
Over the next two days, we’ll work closely with your team to deliver one of two outcomes:
- A prototype to showcase how we can solve your challenge, or
- A solution design with a roadmap, cost estimates, and action plan.
4. Presentation and Handover
At the end of the dash, we’ll present our work in a 2-hour session, complete with time for Q&A. You’ll walk away with:
- Solution files and installation instructions for prototypes.
- Detailed design documents to support your business case or procurement process.
